Starting over

I am really psyched about getting my 101 in 1001 started.  Today I started counting my calories and logging them on myfitnesspal.com.  I also got back on the exercise bike and started working out.  I'm beginning with 15 minutes per day and working my way back up to a 1/2 per day.  

I also reset my weight lost ticker to zero.  I'm considering today's weight as my starting weight and my goal is to lose 100 pounds.
